1. 수집하는 개인정보

VerbaNow (이하 "서비스")는 다음과 같은 개인정보를 수집합니다:

• 계정 정보: Google 로그인 시 이메일 주소, 이름, 프로필 사진
• 회의 데이터: 음성 녹음, 전사 텍스트, 번역 텍스트, AI 생성 요약
• 사용 데이터: 크레딧 사용량, API 호출 기록, 앱 사용 통계
• 기기 정보: 기기 유형, OS 버전, 앱 버전
• 광고 식별자 및 통계: Google Android Advertising ID, 광고 노출/클릭 통계 (AdMob 광고 노출 시)

2. 이용 목적

• 실시간 음성 인식 및 번역 서비스 제공
• 회의록 자동 생성 및 저장
• 크레딧 및 구독 관리
• 서비스 개선 및 고객 문의 대응
• 광고 노출 및 보상 크레딧 적립 (AdMob)

3. 제3자 서비스

아래 제3자 서비스와 일부 데이터를 공유합니다:

• Deepgram / Microsoft Azure Speech: 음성-텍스트 변환
• OpenAI: 번역, 요약, 답변 추천
• Google Cloud: 호스팅, 인증
• Supabase: 데이터베이스
• Google AdMob 및 광고주 네트워크: 광고 노출 및 광고 ID, 기기 정보, 광고 노출/클릭 통계 사용

모든 제3자 API 호출은 VerbaNow 백엔드를 통해 이뤄지며, API 키가 사용자 기기에 저장되지 않습니다.

4. 데이터 보관 기간

회의 데이터는 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. 계정 삭제 시 관련 데이터는 30일 이내에 완전 삭제됩니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

언제든지 개인정보 열람, 수정, 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 광고 개인화는 기기 설정 → Google → 광고 → 맞춤 광고 해제로 거부할 수 있습니다.

6. 보안

모든 데이터 전송은 HTTPS/TLS 로 암호화됩니다. 서버 데이터는 Google Cloud 보안 인프라에서 관리됩니다.

1. Information Collected

VerbaNow collects the following: account information (email, name, profile picture via Google login), meeting data (audio recordings, transcripts, translations, AI-generated summaries), usage data (credit consumption, API call logs), device information (OS version, app version), and advertising identifiers and statistics (Google Android Advertising ID and ad impression/click statistics for AdMob).

2. Purpose

Real-time speech recognition and translation, meeting minute generation, credit and subscription management, customer support, and ad serving with reward credits via AdMob.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with: Deepgram / Microsoft Azure Speech (STT), OpenAI (translation, summarization, reply suggestions), Google Cloud (hosting, authentication), Supabase (database), and Google AdMob and its advertiser network (ad serving, ad impression/click statistics). All third-party API calls go through VerbaNow backend; no third-party API keys are stored on devices.

4. Data Retention

Meeting data is retained until deleted by the user. Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, modification, or deletion of your personal data. Ad personalization can be disabled via device Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

6. Security

All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Server data is managed on Google Cloud secure infrastructure.
